Release: By submitting this form you release Friends of the Inyo and its agents, employees, officers, coordinators, volunteers, and directors from any and all liability in the event you are injured or killed or your property is lost or damaged while participating in this project. Participants under age 18 must have the form below submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

Photographic Model Release: FOI occasionally uses images from its outings in print and digital media. I hereby give FOI permission to use my image in print and digital media and I authorize the use and reproduction of it by FOI, or anyone authorized by FOI. This includes any and all photographs which FOI has taken of me at this event, for any purpose whatsoever, without further compensation to me.
