2023 Owens Lake Bird Festival!
Friends of the Inyo’s Owens Lake Bird Festival returns to a three-day event on Earth Day weekend in 2023. Join us as we showcase the birds of Owens Lake and its surroundings, and raise awareness about the work of Friends of the Inyo, especially in Southern Inyo County. Schedule of events includes:
- Friday, April 21: Happy hour and check-in at FOI's Lone Pine office from 5:30-8:00pm (optional)
- Saturday, April 22: Half-day and full-day tours. Dinner and silent auction at the Lone Pine Museum of Western Film History. Dinner starts at 6:00pm (optional)
- Sunday, April 23: Morning half-day tours
