Is always better with...

In just one week, on November 30, the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, people around the world will give online to their favorite charities on #GivingTuesday.

We hope that on that Worldwide Day of Giving, you will choose to donate to Friends of the Inyo, thereby ensuring our protection and care for the public lands of the Eastern Sierra can continue well into 2022 and beyond.

But if you just can't wait to give, you can start doing so now by going to FriendsoftheInyo.org/GivingTuesday. On that dedicated page of our website, you will learn about our fundraising goals and current needs; find creative ways to give monetarily, in kind, or by leaving a legacy; and donate easily and securely using a major credit card.

On Giving Tuesday morning, Nov. 30, at 8:30, be sure to tune in to KMMT-FM (106.5 in Mammoth Lakes; 104.9 in Bishop; 105.5 in Big Pine; 107.7 in June Lake; and streaming live online at kmmtradio.com). Host John DeMaria (in hat below) will talk with Friends of the Inyo's Communications Director Lou Medina (foreground) about Giving Tuesday, why it's important, and why your donation to #FriendsoftheInyo matters now more than ever. We hope to connect with you on the airwaves!

Thank you in advance for your support! Remember: FriendsoftheInyo.org/GivingTuesday
